Our facility is equipped with presses up to 400 tons with various press strokes for diverse applications. When stamping extremely large, very deep drawn parts, separation from the die becomes a critical issue. When required our presses utilize an air cushion system to aid in part release; in extreme situations when air cushions are not enough, the system is augmented by enclosed nitrogen cylinders. With this combination of capacity and features, we can accommodate custom dies from 48” wide and 96” long. This allows us to manufacture high volume and medium to short run jobs with perforated metal, thin-wall, and other intricate materials.

As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, we manufacture precision metal stampings, formed components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. We have the capacity to stamp parts from a wide range of material including aluminum, brass, carbon steel, nickel, copper, and plastics. Material thickness ranges from .005" to .500", depending on the type of material and the nature of the part produced. Quality is maintained through the incorporation of quality inspection systems such as camera vision systems, CMM, in-process and post-process quality control inspection procedures.
