Summary: Seeking self-starting, motivated individuals to work within our tool room. This position is responsible for making, repairing and maintaining tools, dies, fixtures and related metal fabrications for operations in the press room, machine shop and short run departments. Set up, operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders and all other assigned equipment. Assist junior toolmakers and apprentices as requested. Flexible to work at Addison facility as needed. Follow all safety procedures and rules, company policies and rules, maintain an organized, clean, safe work area with the expectation of a good attendance record.

Summary: Experienced, quality-minded Die Designer for design of single stroke and progressive dies, fixtures, gages and general tooling components. Modifications and improvements to current tooling and processes. Capable of to working independently or on a team. The ideal candidate will create accurate and timely designs to meet customer and Manor requirements. Work closely with the Engineering Manager, General Manger, Vice-President, President and various tool room, production groups. Maintain and update drawings and assemblies required for manufacturing on company CAD system. Recommend changes to design of new tools and engineering changes to improve tool integrity and part quality. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Completed Tool & die Apprentice program. Min 5 years experience as a Tool & Die Maker Background. Min 2 years experience as a Tool & Die Designer. Proficient in AutoCAD (Diemaker, SolidWorks a plus). Understanding of the stamping process and industry. Trouble shooting of tooling. Comply with all company policies and procedures including quality, safety and attendance. Excels in the attention of detail and accuracy. Good organizational and communication skills. Willing to work at two different locations as needed.

Summary: Seeking self-starting, motivated individual to work within our maintenance department. This position is responsible for assisting the maintenance manager with facility preventive maintenance, repairs, improvements and metal fabrications. Operations of machine tools such as mills, grinders, lathes and various powered hand tools. This position with time and experience has the opportunity of the candidate becoming the maintenance manager. Follow all safety procedures and rules, company policies, maintain an organized, clean, safe work area with the expectation of a good attendance record.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of punch presses, basic construction, electrical and mechanical systems. Mig/Tig welding is a plus. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
