At Manor, we do our best to provide support by offering a wide range of secondary processes from deburring and drilling to powder coating, machining, and painting. Multiple welding services such as MIG, TIG, SPOT and projection welding are available depending on part functionality and requirements. Manor features over thirty different plating materials and assembly options and adheres to strict industry standards.
If you need low volume products or a low cost startup and shorter lead-times, Manor offers short run fabrication. The shortrun process can be used to debug a product prior to making costly hard tools that would need potentially expensive die changes. It can also bridge the time needed to build the hard tool die and get you into production sooner.
Along with manufacturing our tooling in-house and additional secondary services, Manor provides machining services serving a range of industries and intended applications, including shafts, round work stampings, forgings, castings, and fasteners. We feature a full service machine department which does many different types of metals and plastics. With up to 3-axis machining capabilities, we hold tight tolerances of up to +/- .0005" and can work with parts up to 35" in length and 80" in width. Manor has a lifting capacity up to 8,000 lbs.
