Our progressive die manufacturing capability uniquely highlights our commitment to our customer’s growth and process development, removes the burdens of procurement, and ultimately lowers operating costs.

Progressive die stamping allows us to adapt to the growth and evolution of our customers products. An existing part run may utilize our qualified processes of press brakes or turret press for shorter runs, however, if the demand for that part increases, those processes at high volume may end up too costly to the customer. Progressive die stamping enables us to provide a seamless transition to high volume runs, with built-in quality control.

Our progressive die process performs incremental changes to the part as it passes each station and sends the completed part down a product chute for packaging at the end. We use highly advanced stamping presses with capacities from 22 to 400 tons, achieving tolerances of ±.0005”. A wide range of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, nickel, and brass can be utilized from thicknesses of .005" to .500". The Automatic servo material feeders and arbors we utilize can handle material up to 35” wide for dies up to 96” in length.

Customer owned, simple and complex dies with features such as in-process tapping capability or coining, are designed, maintained and inventoried in-house. Our engineers develop custom die tooling for our precision metal stamping services using our AutoCAD & Unigraphics software while using MASTERCAM software for CNC Machining and Wire EDM.
